The Challenge

After, Inc. had a solid technical foundation, but the user experience across its products and brand had evolved at different speeds. The project focused on bringing clarity and cohesion through a refreshed brand, a new web presence, and a more consistent UX and UI across several complex B2B applications serving different stakeholder groups.

The Solution

I led a complete brand overhaul and designed two new websites — one for the parent company and another for its enterprise software suite. I created the UX and UI for multiple B2B applications, including product registration flows, internal dashboards, and warranty management tools.

How It All Came Together

I led a complete brand overhaul and designed two new websites — one for the parent company and another for its enterprise software suite. I created the UX and UI for multiple B2B applications, including product registration flows, internal dashboards, and warranty management tools. I also developed a unified design system in Figma, built data visualizations, and collaborated closely with leadership to align design strategy with business goals, contributing to the company’s successful acquisition.
